Vice President of Operations
As the Vice President of the Environment, Engineering & Infrastructure (EEI) Group, Steve is responsible for the growth and overall management of the Site Assessment & Remediation, Engineering, and Natural Resources groups. His role includes developing marketing and business development strategies, capture planning, proposal development, client relations, employee training and mentoring, and recruiting. Steve has over 15 years of progressive management experience in the environmental consulting field including project management, technical practice group leadership, and operations management.
Steve is a Professional Engineer (environmental) and regulatory expert with environmental licensing in Massachusetts (Licensed Site Professional) and Connecticut (Licensed Environmental Professional). He has extensive experience with environmental regulations in other New England States and New York, as well as Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirements.
With over 20 years of experience, Steve’s project experience covers the broad scope of the site assessment and remediation process for Federal, state/municipal, transportation, institutional, and private sector clients from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to soil/groundwater remediation and long-term monitoring. Steve’s vast experience also includes due diligence assessments, hazardous building materials assessment, demolition support, design of remediation systems, remedial construction, and soil management for construction projects.
