Nicole (Nikki) White, CHMM, CPEA, EMS Lead Auditor, has 25 years of experience in environmental and safety compliance, ESG and sustainability initiatives, and ISO management systems implementation. As Vice President of Environmental Compliance, Health & Safety at Mabbett, she leads the firm’s EHS and compliance teams and oversees contracts for both federal and private sector clients. Nikki’s expertise spans regulatory compliance, National Environmental Policy Act documentation, sustainability program development, and ISO 14001 environmental management systems (EMS) support.
Nikki has led numerous EHS inspections and EMS audits for private industry, federal agencies, and nonprofit organizations. In addition to her auditing and EMS expertise, she brings strong project management skills and a proven track record of supporting clients with EHS compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Personal Touch
Nikki rejoined Mabbett after nearly six years at Volkswagen Group of America, where she was part of their first EHS department in the United States, working to improve the company’s EHS performance. Outside of work, Nikki coaches her younger daughter’s travel softball team and tries to keep up with her older daughter and husband’s travel softball team records. She also enjoys traveling with the family to new and exciting destinations.
