Mr. Delaney is an environmental professional with a nineteen year proven track record in the environmental, health and safety (EHS), construction and engineering industries. He provides project management, technical oversight and hands-on asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), and polychlorinated bi-phenyl (PCB), etc. assessments, abatement design and remediation-construction administration. Mr. Delaney has over fourteen years of experience in regulated building materials and has designed over $5 million of hazardous materials abatement.  He is a certified asbestos inspector, management planner and designer in multiple states.
