Mabbett is pleased to announce that the firm has been named a 2018 Fast 50 honoree by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ), #41 of the 50 fastest growing private companies in Massachusetts, for growing the firm from $5.5 million in 2015 to $11.4 million in 2017.
In 2015, Mabbett modified the focus of its business development program to address certain US Federal government procurement strategies that were negatively impacting growth. Mabbett focused on major Federal agencies with which it had strong working relationships and a past performance history. Mabbett also expanded its base of private sector clientele. Targeted efforts reduced the firm’s cost of sales, increased its proposal capture rate, and delivered increased project backlog.
Approximately 130 privately-held companies applied for inclusion in this year’s Fast 50 awards by submitting nominations that included their financial performance. For more information on the how firms were selected visit: www.bizjournals.com.
“We are honored to be selected and named #41 of the Fast 50 and look forward to continued growth and success. I wish to thank our clients for their confidence and repeat business opportunities. I also wish to congratulate the entire Mabbett Team for a job well done. Their hard work and commitment to quality, timely and valued-added professional services has been a key to our success,” stated Arthur N. Mabbett, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
