Mabbett & Associates, Inc. has just kicked off the first of four option years on our contract to conduct annual workplace safety evaluations (AWE) at Veterans Affairs (VA) National Cemeteries nationwide. Last year,  Mabbett conducted health and safety assessments at 113 National Cemeteries. In addition, the team developed a database that records identified findings and tracks them through to closure. We also built a tool to help the VA National Cemetery Administration (NCA) evaluate safety staffing levels at their facilities. We have worked hard to develop and implement plans that allow our team to travel safely during the pandemic, and this year, we plan to perform AWEs at 117  National Cemeteries around the country. The VA NCA provides free burial services to deceased U.S. Veterans and their spouses, and Mabbett is proud to support this important and solemn mission.
